I was genuinely excited to support this business. The quality of the belts looks amazing, and I was really looking forward to adding one to my collection. I placed my order back in May, and now we’re about to enter August and I still haven’t received anything.
Early on, communication was solid. Any time I asked for an update, I got a timely response. But once the belt was supposedly ready to ship, it never arrived. I followed up and was told they’d look into it and get back to me — but I never heard anything again. I’ve reached out multiple times since, with no reply, no belt, and no refund.
What’s made it worse is I’ve now received several emails asking me to leave a review. I wanted so badly for that review to be positive — I was excited to give them my business. But after paying what I paid and getting nothing in return, I’m left disappointed and out the money. It’s heartbreaking.
My friend received the belt and loves it however I also ordered cody rhodes sideplates with the undisputed championship and he never received those sideplates. Overall quality was awesome though
Belt is in terrible condition. Looks used, gold middle plating is loose and not screwed in, belt has sharpie drawn in several places. Stones are different sizes and shapes. Overall looks as if someone returned a bad belt and I got the left overs after waiting a month for shipping. Completely unsatisfied
I got this as a gift for my nephew, and it took almost 5 weeks for me to receive this and waiting wasn’t the issue the quality when I receive it absolutely horrible. This chips to the paint pieces were falling off that I had to fix would never order this again.
